Pumphouse Rum Punch
The world famous Pumphouse Rum Punch is a classic West Indian combination based on the ancient Rum Punch recipe poem which begins, "one of sour, two of sweet". We recreate this Caribbean stalwart with freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar cane syrup and dark rum from Barbados, adding a few dashes of Angostura bitters and freshly grated nutmeg.
